How to Join

f you’re interested in joining then use the form below – we will use your contact details and your child’s name and date of birth to offer them a place or add them to our waiting lists. You can register your interest in joining at any age (the earlier the better).

We’ll then contact you as soon as we can with next steps.

How Much is Scouts?

Subscription costs £40 per term plus uniform in first term (c.£15-20)

Places are allocated according to a range of criteria, including address. Priority is given to Marske and New Marske. If you live in Redcar or Saltburn we can provide you with contacts for a Scout Group which may be able to offer you a place more quickly
It is important to add in any details here, especially if it might mean we would need additional adult support for your child.

All our activities are run by volunteers, who might join us because they want to:

  • Try something new
  • Make friends 
  • Spend time with their children – or gain experience with young people
  • Do something good for their community and themselves
  • Keep their bodies and brains active and happy – whether that’s by scaling mountains, sharing skills or serving tea
